KAD and SOD Got Too Little for Mercator Stakes, Economist Says

Ljubljana, 23 November - A respected Slovenian economist believes that the state-run Restitution Fund (SOD) and Pension Fund Management (KAD) sold their stakes in Mercator cheaply. Maks Tajnikar believes the two funds should have opted for a public offering to obtain the best price.
