President Irons out Disagreement with Trade Unions
Ljubljana, 23 November - President Janez Drnovsek and heads of four trade union federations have ironed out a disagreement over Drnovsek's perceived criticism of the announced protests against the government's reform package. They agreed on Wednesday that competitiveness must be boosted, but not at the expense of labour and social rights.
