London Should Hurry Up with EU Budget Proposal, Official Says

Ljubljana, 23 November - State Secretary for European Affairs Marcel Koprol has said Britain should hurry up with drafting its proposal for the 2007-2013 EU spending plan. According to him, this view was shared by French European Affairs Minister Catherine Colonna during Tuesday's meeting the pair held in Paris.
