Trade Unions to Stage Mass Protests against Govt Reforms

Ljubljana, 25 November - The four largest Slovenian trade union associations have been joined by 11 smaller unions as well as students in what promises to be the biggest anti-government rally in years on Saturday. The unions are protesting against the government-sponsored economic reforms, which they believe mean the death of the welfare state.
