UNHCR and NGOs Oppose Proposed Amendments to Asylum Act

Ljubljana, 28 November - Slovenia's present asylum act is adequate and does not require any substantial changes, according to representative of the regional office of the UN refugee agency (UNHCR) in Budapest Lloyd Dakin, who expressed concern over the proposed amendments to asylum legislation in Slovenia.
