Ljubljana, 6 December - Russia has succeeded partially in its demands to scrutinise the operations of the OSCE's human rights body, ODIHR, at the 13th OSCE ministerial meeting. The reform blueprint adopted at the meeting tasks the body with drafting a report on its activities.
