Ljubljana/Maribor, 7 December - The OSCE ministerial, which took place on 5 and 6 December in Ljubljana, did not produce a ministerial declaration, which the press interprets as a pummeling of the organisation (Dnevnik) or nothing too serious, as declarations usually fade (Vecer).
