Delo Believes Finnish Task as EU President "Extremely Difficult"

Ljubljana, 3 July - The EU has often been compared to a bicycle that must continuously be pedalled so that it does not veer off into the nearest ditch. The task of the latest country to hold the rotating EU presidency, Finland, is even more difficult, as it must pedal uphill, daily Delo says in its commentary on Monday.
