FM Rupel Says Western Balkans Could Join the EU by 2015

Ljubljana, 3 January - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel believes that the expansion of the EU to the Western Balkans, which will be one of the priorities during Slovenia's EU presidency in the first half of 2008, will take place between 2010 and 2015.
