Drnovsek Puts Forward Ex-Vice Governor for Central Bank Boss

Ljubljana, 30 May - President Janez Drnovsek began consultations with parliamentary factions on Wednesday by presenting his new pick for the central bank boss to the senior coalition Slovenian Democrats (SDS). Joze Tanko, the head of the SDS deputy group, said that Drnovsek put forward Marko Kranjec, a former vice-governor of Banka Slovenije.
