Spa Operator Hit with Injunction on Deals with 16.88% Stake

Ljubljana, 14 August - The District Court in Krsko has ruled that spa operator Terme Catez cannot make any transactions with 100,894 (16.88%) of its shares. The temporary two-month injunction was requested by publisher DZS, the largest single shareholder of the spa operator, which holds a 21.03% stake.
