Outgoing Minister Says PM Needs "Fresh Players"

Ljubljana, 30 August - Jure Zupan, the outgoing minister of higher education, science and technology, said he offered his resignation after assessing that the prime minister needed more space for manoeuvre. "It is a normal procedure in democracies when the team leader decides that the team needs fresh players," Zupan told the press on Thursday.
