Istrabenz Management Rejects Takeover Bid by Petrol
Ljubljana, 19 October - The management of Istrabenz said on Friday that none of the members of the management board or any person considered to be operating in coordination with the board planned to accept the takeover bid published recently for the tourism-through-energy conglomerate by energy company Petrol. The supervisors backed the reservations of the management.
