Constitutional Judge Says Parliament "Not Serious"

Ljubljana, 29 October - The president of the Constitutional Court Janez Cebulj told the press that the parliament's rejection of four out of five constitutional judge nominees was "not serious". Cebulj also commented on the contentious presidential votes from abroad and the SOVA secret service law.
