FM Says Palestinians Consider Annapolis a Turning Point

Lisbon, 5 November - A meeting of the EU troika with Palestinians and Israelis on Monday heard statements from the Palestinian side that the upcoming peace conference in Annapolis was a turning point and that "failure is unacceptable," according to Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, who took part in the meeting as the representative of the next EU presiding country.
