Delo on Negative Campaign in Presidential Race

Ljubljana, 8 November - Commenting on the recent exchange of words between the presidential candidates over their role in the 1990s independence efforts, daily Delo says on Thursday that the candidates who are attacked with negative campaign can often win the election.
