DZS Wants State's Stake in Terme Catez

Ljubljana, 9 November - Publishing house DZS, with 21% already the largest owner of Terme Catez, sent to the state-run KAD fund on Friday a binding offer for KAD's 19.77% stake in the spa operator. In what is widely seen as a struggle for control Catez between the state and DZS, the latter is offering 350 per share, which is EUR 44 above market value on Thursday.
