Egyptian Group Pays EUR 37.6m for Iskraemeco

Ljubljana, 14 November - Two subsidiaries of the Egyptian El Sewedy Group have paid EUR 37.6m for a 97.6% stake of Iskraemeco, the Kranj-based maker of electric meters, just a day after signing the contract on the first ever Egyptian investment in Slovenia.
