EU Gearing Up to Take Lead on Kosovo, PM Tells FT

London, 16 November - Prime Minister Janez Jansa has told the Financial Times that the European Union is getting ready to take the lead next month in determining the future of Kosovo as fears grow that the UN-sponsored talks will fail to produce an agreement.
