EU PRESIDENCY: Western Balkans, Reform Treaty High on the Agenda

Ljubljana, 21 November - Slovenia's EU presidency has set the monitoring of ratification of the new EU reform treaty and the European future for the Western Balkans top of the list of priorities of the General Affairs and External Relations Council along with neighbourhood policy and inter-cultural dialogue. Kosovo will also be high on the agenda.
