Proponents Say PM Twisting Facts About Petition

Ljubljana, 19 November - The proponents of the journalists' petition against interference by Prime Minister Janez Jansa and his government in the press said that Jansa had twisted facts in speaking about the petition in parliament in Monday's debate on the vote of confidence for the government. Blaz Zgaga and Matej Surc also wonder whether Jansa is in fact attempting to suspend the freedom of speech.
