Ljubljana, 21 November - The agenda of the Slovenian EU presidency in agriculture will be dominated by an interim review of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), which is designed to improve the system of direct payments to farmers, but is not expected to amount to a substantive reform of a policy which accounts for the bulk of the EU's budget.
