EU PRESIDENCY: Telecommunications All About Reform

Ljubljana, 28 November - Ministers in charge of telecommunications will have their work cut out during Slovenia's EU presidency in the first half of next year, as the European Commission has recently unveiled a telecoms reform package that is expected to preoccupy Slovenia as well as subsequent presiding countries.
