New Upper Chamber of Parliament Elected

Ljubljana, 23 November - Slovenia has got a new upper chamber of parliament as colleges of electors wrapped up the election of the new National Council late on Thursday. Even though two councillors have not yet been elected due to proceedings at the Constitutional Court, it is certain that the composition will change significantly: only 13 of the 40 councillors will stay on.
