Ljubljana, 27 November - Business daily Finance compares the 8.7% increase in the supplementary budget for 2008 with the 2.45% rise employers are willing to give workers next year. While the figures do not seem to be related, both are based on the same reference, Finance says in Tuesday's editorial.
