Rupel: Unilateral Declaration of Kosovo Independence Out of the Question

Frankfurt, 27 November - Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel expressed for Tuesday's edition of German daily Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ) his expectation that the leaders of Kosovo would "listen to the EU". According to Rupel, a unilateral declaration of Kosovo's independence is out of the question.
