EU Launches European Year of Intercultural Dialogue

Brussels, 4 December - The European Commission launched on Tuesday the campaign for the European Year of Intercultural Dialogue 2008, which is one of the priorities of Slovenia's presidency. "I strongly rely on the support and dedication of Slovenia's presidency, which will be a conductor of the orchestra," Education and Culture Commissioner Jan Figel told Slovenian journalists in Brussels on Tuesday.
