London, 7 December - In less than a month, the rotating presidency of the EU will pass to Slovenia, the first chunk of Yugoslavia to gain independence 16 years ago. And as Slovenia takes its turn chairing the EU's summits and ministerial councils, its biggest job will be to oversee what could be the last chapter of Yugoslavia's break-up, The Economist writes in the latest edition.
