Rupel Rebuffs Claims His Hands over Croatia Tied

Ljubljana, 13 December - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has rebuffed the suggestion by a Croatian paper that he does not enjoy the support of the EU for threatening Croatia with sanctions if it goes ahead with its plans to enforce a special fisheries regime in the Adriatic for EU countries on 1 January.
