Ljubljana, 14 December - A political adviser to Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaqi does not think anything can prevent Kosovo from declaring its independence, which he expects to happen around 10 February. Astrit Salihu also does not believe this will cause new bloodshed in Kosovo, as he told Friday's edition of daily Delo.
