Trieste Court Says No Jurisdiction in LB Savers Case

Trieste, 14 December - A court in the northern Italian city of Trieste has ruled it has no jurisdiction to hear the case of 711 mainly Croatian citizens wanting damages from a Slovenian bank over a dispute dating back to the former Yugoslavia's disintegration.
