New President Happy with Upper Chamber as It Is

Ljubljana, 15 December - Blaz Kavcic, who was elected president of the upper chamber at the maiden session of its fourth sitting earlier this week, does not think the National Council needs greater powers or major changes. "The way it is, the National Council can be very useful in the legislative branch of power," Kavcic says in an interview with the STA.
