NLB Raises Stake in Kosovo Subsidiary to 75%
Ljubljana, 19 December - Slovenia's largest bank by assets, NLB, said on Wednesday it had raised its stake in its Kosovo subsidiary NLB Kasabank to over 75% after it bought a 25.1% stake from Slovenian boutique bank Factor banka for EUR 8.3m.
