Watchdog Investigating Mercator for Anti-Trust Violations

Ljubljana, 19 December - Slovenia's competition watchdog has opened a formal investigation into the purchasing methods of the country's largest grocer, Mercator. Jani Sorsak, the head of the Competition Protection Office (CPO), told STA that there is a "suspicion that Mercator violated anti-trust laws" in purchases. Mercator has already denied the claims.
