Petrol and Lukoil Scrap Joint Venture Plan

Ljubljana, 28 December - Slovenian oil retailer Petrol and Russian oil giant Lukoil have abandoned plans to set up a joint venture for the sale of oil derivatives in Central and SE Europe. As Petrol, which would have held a 51% stake in the project, said in a press release on Friday, the two companies remain committed to cooperation.
