Conference on Intercultural Dialogue to Commence in Ljubljana

Ljubljana, 7 January - The two-day international conference entitled "Intercultural Dialogue as a Fundamental Value of the EU" marking the European Year of Intercultural Dialogue 2008 will commence with a ceremony on Monday at the arts centre Cankarjev dom. The opening ceremony, also marking the beginning of Slovenian EU Presidency, will host several high-level guests discussing forms of cooperations between different cultures and identities.
