FM and Brussels Corespondents Focus on Kosovo and EU Mission
Ljubljana, 8 January - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said on Tuesday that the EU's civil mission should be dispatched to Kosovo as soon as possible, even thought Serbia is threatening that the EU needs to choose between Serbia's EU integration and support to Kosovo's independence. Rupel believes this to be a completely false dilemma.
