Survey Finds Telecommunications Market in Flux

Ljubljana, 9 January - The Slovenian telecommunications market is in flux and incumbents are gradually losing market share to smaller operators, according to the quarterly survey of the telecommunications market released on Wednesday by the Agency for Post and Electronic Communication.
