Verhagen Insists on Serbia's Full Cooperation with Hague

The Hague, 16 January - Dutch Foreign Minister Maxime Verhagen was adamant on Wednesday that Serbia could not sign the Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the EU until it fully cooperated with the Hague tribunal. The best proof would be general Ratko Mladic's handover, Verhagen said after meeting Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel in The Hague.
