Brussels, 22 January - Development Minister Ziga Turk presented to the European Parliament in Brussels on Tuesday the priorities the Lisbon Strategy with emphasis on creativity and stressed it was vital to commit to the establishment of know-how as the fifth freedom, which will enable the free flow of and free access to know-how for all.
