Climate Change Expert Sceptical about Energy-Climate Package

Ljubljana, 24 January - Slovenian climate change expert Lucka Kajfez Bogataj considers the energy and climate change package, unveiled by the European Commission on Wednesday, to be primarily motivated by energy issues that the EU faces and much less so by the problem of climate change.
