EU Looking for Ways to Back Democratic Serbia before Election

Brussels, 27 January - The first session of EU foreign ministers under the Slovenian presidency will revolve around the question of how clear should the bloc support Serbia's democratic policy ahead of the 3 February presidential runoff. One of the answers is that the EU will not yet decide on deploying a civilian mission to Kosovo.
