Rupel: EU United on Agreement Opening Door for Serbia
Brussels, 28 January - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said after Monday's meeting of the EU's General Affairs and External Relations Council that the EU had reached an unanimous decision to propose to Serbia "the signing of a temporary agreement on cooperation" for 7 February, which "opens the door to the EU for Serbia".
