FM Says Offer to Serbia Product of Current Situation

Brussels, 29 January - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel told the European Parliament's Foreign Policy Committee on Tuesday that the EU's latest offer to Serbia - a political agreement as an interim phase before the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) - was "the logical product of the situation in which we have found ourselves".
