Baku, 4 February - The EU troika led by Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the current president of the EU General Affairs and External Relations Council, started tour of the Caucasus on Monday with a visit to Azerbaijan, where talks focused on the country's potential as an energy supplier to the EU.
