EU Regrets OSCE Had to Cancel Observation Mission to Russia

Ljubljana, 7 February - The Slovenian presidency of the EU regrets that the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) was put in a situation where it had to cancel the election observation mission to the presidential election in Russia, which is to take place on 2 March.
