EU on Kosovo's Independence and Croatia's Fisheries Zone

Brussels, 17 February - EU foreign ministers are to hold a council meeting in Brussels on Monday at which they will try to reach a joint position on Kosovo's independence, expected to be declared on Sunday. The decision on recognising Kosovo will remain in the hands of individual member states. Also on the agenda is a warning to Croatia regarding its fisheries zone.
