EU Reaches No Agreement on Genetically Modified Maize and Potato

Brussels, 18 February - In what was an expected development, EU agriculture ministers failed to muster on Monday a qualified majority in favour or against putting on the market four varieties of genetically modified maize and one variety of potato.
