Skopje, 20 February - Dragutin Mate, Slovenia's interior minister, and European Commissioner for Justice, Freedom and Security Franco Frattini launched in Skopje on Wednesday a visa liberalisation dialogue with Macedonia, the Slovenian EU presidency said.
