Slovenian Presidency to Present Energy Non-Paper

Brussels, 20 February - The Slovenian EU presidency is to present a non-paper on the separation of energy production from distribution, STA learned from a diplomatic source in Brussels. The non-paper would be unveiled at next week's meeting of EU energy ministers, the source said.
